Indonesian Embassy Integrates Public Services at Japan Friendship Festival
Summary
Between 6 and 7 June 2026, the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo provided integrated consular and immigration services during the Indonesia Japan Friendship Festival in Toyota City. Deputy Chief of Mission Maria Renata Hutagalung engaged with Vice Mayor Kunie Tsuji to enhance bilateral cooperation in labor and cultural sectors. The festival featured cultural performances and drew hundreds of visitors. The Embassy successfully processed numerous passports and hosted a town hall meeting to foster diaspora solidarity and reinforce commitments to citizen protection.
